2 -3 chicken breasts, cooked & diced
1 – 2 heads lettuce
1 pkg. won tons – fried or baked (Bake at 375 for 3 – 5 – 7 min. (watch closely)).
¼ c. sesame seeds
1 can water chestnuts (sliced)
2 -3 chopped green onions
4 T. rice vinegar
2 T. sugar
2 t. salt
¾ t. pepper
2 T. vegetable oil
2 T. sesame seed oil
Mix all salad ingredients together. Put dressing on when ready to serve.
