WALDORF SALAD

Dressing:
2/3 c. sugar
Juice from lg. can pineapple tidbits
1 T. lemon juice
½ c. orange juice
2-3 T. cornstarch

Orange juice & pineapple juice should equal 1 c. juice total.

Add cornstarch to sugar & stir into liquid. Cook until thick & clear.

Add:
1 lg. can pineapple tidbits (juice used above)
1-2 apples
1-2 bananas (dip in lemon ju. & drain)
1 can fruit cocktail, drained
4 oz. cool whip

Mix fruits together. Mix cool whip & dressing together. Fold in fruits. Fold in miniature marshmallows & maraschino cherries if desired.
