STEPHANIE’S YUMMY CHICKEN PASTA SALAD

1 pkg. (12 oz.) Bow tie pasta, cooked according to package directions
1 pkg. (12 oz.) Radiatore accordion (corkscrew) pasta, colored, cooked as pkg. directs
1 can (20 oz.) pineapple tidbits, well drained
2 c. celery, chopped
4 green onions, chopped
1 c. (or more) cashews, whole or chopped
1 c. (or more) red flame grapes (can also use raisins, if desired)
4 chicken breasts; skinned, boned, seasoned & sautéed until done. Chop in sm. pieces.
1 c. mayonnaise (no substitute)
1 bottle (16 oz.) Kraft coleslaw dressing
red leaf lettuce leaves for making lettuce cups

Prepare all ingredients as indicated. Drain the pastas well & place in large salad-type bowl. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the mayonnaise, dressing & lettuce. Toss well to blend.

In med. sized bowl; combine & mix the mayonnaise & dressing. Pour this over salad ingredients and blend well. Form the lettuce leaves into cups & serve the salad in the cups.

Serves about 15-20
