SPINACH SALAD

2 -3 bunches spinach
½ lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 pkg. bacon, cooked & crumbled; or Hormel
real bacon bits
1 head lettuce
chopped celery
1 c. cottage cheese
1 red onion, diced
4 hard boiled eggs, grated
½ lb. grated swiss cheese

Keep ingredients in separate containers until ready to serve. Then add dressing:

Dressing:
¾ c. sugar
1 c. oil
½ c. apple cider vinegar
1 t. dry mustard
1 t. salt
1 T. grated red onion


Mix together & add 1 ½ T. poppy seeds.
