SPINACH SALAD with Mandarin oranges

I found my favorite summer salad!! Here it is:

Dressing (will keep in the fridge for 3 weeks)
2/3 c. apple cider vinegar
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 T. chopped onion
1 tsp. mustard
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. oil

Mix all ing. in blender except oil. Gradually add oil and blend well.

Salad
24 oz. spinach
2 cans mandarin oranges drained
1/2 c. toasted almonds

Add dressing right before serving
