SAUSAGE AND POTATO BAKE

1 lb. sausage, browned
1 ½ c. grated cheddar cheese
5 eggs, beaten
¼ t. salt
3 ½ c. frozen hash browns
1 ¼ c. milk
1 t. mustard

Grease a 11 x 7 x 2” baking dish. Stir all ingredients together & pour into baking dish. Bake at 350 for 50 min. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Take out of oven & let stand 10 min.

Yield: 8 servings
