HAM FRIED RICE

2 slices ham (cube)
2 c. rice (cooked)
Handful of bean sprouts
½ cube butter
4 green onions (chopped)

Saute: ham, sprouts, & onions in butter for 10 min. Add rice & shake soy sauce over. Stir & cook 10 min. more. Just before ready to eat, beat one egg & simmer for a few minutes.
