CRANBERRY JELL-O SALAD

1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry jell-o
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries
1 c. boiling water

Mix all together & add:

1 can whole cranberry sauce
1 sm. can crushed pineapple (do not drain)

Spread ½ jell-o mixture in 9 x 13 dish. Let set. Blend 1 pint sour cream or cream cheese or IMO with 1 c. cool whip. Spread on top of set jell-o mixture. Dice 1 apple & 1 banana and add to remaining jell-o mixture & spread on top of sour cream mixture. Let set until firm.

*I like IMO best for this recipe, it seems to set up better. You can add extra apple & banana if you need to stretch or make a little extra.
