CRANBERRY FLUFF SALAD

2 c. raw cranberries, ground
½ c. sugar
2 c. diced apples
½ c. nuts (optional)
3 c. miniature marshmallows
¼ t. salt
1 c. heavy cream, whipped

Combine cranberries & sugar; cover & chill overnight. Add apples, walnuts, marshmallows and salt. Fold in whipped cream. Chill. Serve as a salad or as dessert.
