WHEAT BREAD

8 c. unground wheat (half red wheat & half white wheat), then grind into flour
5 c. warm water
2/3 c. oil
2/3 c. honey
3 T. yeast
1 ½ T. salt

Mix all ingredients in mixer for 7 min. Add white flour to right consistency (1 – 2 c.)

Put in greased bread pans. Rise until double (until ready to bake). Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Makes about 5 small loaves or 4 regular size loaves.

* For fast rising, when dough is in loaf pans; warm oven to 170 degrees. Turn off heat & open oven door for a minute to let out most of the heat. Put loaves of dough in oven & close door. Let raise in oven 30 min. Leave loaves in oven & turn on oven to 350 degrees and bake 30 min.
