WHEAT GERM ZUCCHINI BREAD

1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar, packed
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. salad oil
1 T. maple flavoring
1 c. chopped nuts
1/3 c. sesame seeds

2 t. soda
½ t. baking powder
½ c. toasted wheat germ
2 c. shredded zucchini
2 ½ c. flour

Add oil, sugars & maple to eggs. Beat until thick & foamy. Using a spoon, stir in shredded zucchini. Stir in dry ingredients & nuts. Divide batter equally between 2 greased loaf pans. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 350 for 55 min. to 1 hr. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pans for 10 min. Turn out on wire racks to cool thoroughly.
