SWEET & SOUR CHICKEN

2-3 lbs. chicken breasts

Cut in bite size pieces & coat in cornstarch. Then dip in 2 well-beaten eggs. Brown in oil in frying pan. Place in baking dish & cover with sauce.

SAUCE
1 c. chicken broth OR 2 chicken bullion cubes in 1 c. hot water
½ c. ketchup
1 c. sugar
½ c. vinegar
2 T. soy sauce

Mix & heat to dissolve (about 1 min.) Pour over chicken. Bake covered for 1 hr. at 375 degrees. (uncover last 15 min.)

*Serve with rice.
