3 oz. cream cheese
1 lg. can spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
1 pkg. frozen spinach, chopped (optional)
1 lb. hamburger
1 box noodle shells (lg.)
¾ c. cheese (cheddar & mozzarella)
½ c. sour cream
Blend cream cheese & sour cream. Cook shells for 15 min. Rinse & lay out on towel to dry off. Cook hamburger & add onions if desired. Drain hamburger. Add cheeses, sour cream, & cream cheese. Stuff shells with hamburger mixture, with about 1 to 1 ½ T. to each shell.
In casserole dish, place some of the spaghetti sauce on the bottom of the dish. Lay shells in over top. Pour remaining sauce over shells. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired. Bake at 350 for 30-40 min.
