SOUTHWESTERN STROGANOFF

1 lb. hamburger
1 16 oz. jar Thick & Chunky salsa
2 c. uncooked wagon wheel pasta (4 oz.)
1 c. water
½ t. salt
½ c. sour cream

Cook hamburger in 10” skillet. Stir in water, salsa, pasta, & salt. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low. Cover & simmer about 15 min., stirring occasionally until pasta is tender. Stir in sour cream. Cook just until hot.
