SWISS STEAK

Round Steak (beat with flour, salt & pepper using a meat mallet or knife)
Fry steak in margarine to brown really good & put in roaster.

4 pkg. Brown gravy mix; mixed as directed on pkg.
2 sm. cans tomato sauce
1 sliced onion

Pour gravy mixture over meat & bake at 350 for 3 hrs. (You can add carrots last 1 ½ hr. and potatoes last 1 hr.).
