STRAWBERRY DANISH DESSERT

2 c. rice krispies
1 sq. butter, melted
1 c. brown sugar
½ gallon ice cream, softened enough to stir
¾ c. chopped walnuts
1 c. coconut
½ c. blanched almonds, chopped

Pour butter over rice krispies, coconut, br. Sugar, & nuts. Stir. Spread ½ on bottom of

9 x 13 pan. Spread on softened ice cream & then put rest of mixture on top. Freeze . Get out of freezer 15-20 min. before serving.


Make 2 pkg. Danish Dessert pudding (made just a little thicker than sauce but not as thick as for pies). Add 2-3 c. strawberries. *This will store in fridge for a week or two without topping.
