SAVORY MEATBALL CASSEROLE

1 lb. ground beef
¼ lb. pork sausage (1/2 c.)
1 t. chili powder
½ c. dry bread crumbs
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1/8 t. pepper

Shape into Tablespoon size balls. Bake at 375 for 20 min. in a 9 x 13 pan.

COMBINE:

1 can cr. of mushroom soup
1 can cr. of celery soup
1 soup can milk
½ c. water

Heat & pour over balls.

MIX TOGETHER:

1 ½ c. pancake mix
3 T. soft margarine
3 T. hot water

Mix together & roll out into a 12” square. Sprinkle 1 c. cheese on top. Roll up & slice into 8 slices. Bake at 400 for 25-30 min. (or until brown).
