SHEPHERDS PIE

1 lb. ground beef
vegetables (combination is good; corn, green beans,carrots, peas etc.)
diced onion
4-5 c. mashed potatoes
1 can tomato soup
cheese

Brown meat with onion. Mix meat with vegetables & soup. Place in casserole. Top with mashed potatoes. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 375 for 25 min.
