RICE CASSEROLE

1 lb. hamburger
½ c. onion, diced
1 c. celery, diced
½ c. uncooked rice
1 can cr. of chicken soup
1 can cr. of mushroom soup
1 soup can water
1 c. crushed potato chips

Brown hamburger, onion & celery. Add rice, soups & water. Place in a 9 x 13” pan. Bake 90 min. at 325 degrees. Cover for 60 min. Then add crushed potato chips & cook 30 minutes more.
