RICE CASSEROLE

½ lb. ground sausage or hamburger
½ c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 pkg. chicken noodle soup mix
1 t. salt
¾ c. rice
4 c. water

Brown the meat & onion together. Rinse. Add other ingredients except water. Place in 2-quart casserole dish. Pour water over. Cover with lid or foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr.

Yield: 8-10 servings
