QUICK CRESCENT TACO PIE

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 can (8 oz.) refrigerated crescent rolls
½ c. salsa
1 c. sour cream
1 ½ c. crushed corn chips (fritos)
6 slices American cheese
½ c. water
shredded lettuce
diced tomatoes
sliced ripe olives

Brown meat in large skillet. Drain. Add seasoning mix, water, & salsa. Simmer 5 min. Spread the crescent roll dough in a 10” pie plate to form crust & press edges together at seams. Sprinkle 1 c. corn chips over crust. Spoon meat mixture over chips. Spread sour cream on top. Cover with cheese slices & sprinkle with remaining corn chips. Bake at 375 for 20 min. or until crust is golden brown. Serve with lettuce, olives, & tomatoes.
