PEANUT BRITTLE

1 c. sugar
¼ c. hot water
½ c. white karo syrup

Cook to soft ball. Add 1 square real butter, 1 ½ c. Spanish raw peanuts. Stir & cook to hard crack. Take off stove & add 1 tsp. baking soda. Pour on buttered cookie sheet.
