PEANUT BUTTER CUPS

1 lb. dipping chocolate
½ c. butter (not margarine), melted
1 ½ lb. powdered sugar (about 5 c.)
2 c. peanut butter (smooth)

Generously grease large cookie sheet with butter. Place half of the chocolate on cookie sheet & melt in very warm oven (200 degrees). Remove & spread evenly in pan. Cool in fridge. Meanwhile mix sugar, melted butter, & peanut butter until smooth. You will have to mix it with your hands. Spread evenly over firm chocolate. Melt other chocolate in pie tin. Pour over peanut butter mixture & spread evenly. Cut in squares when coo
