MADDOX MUFFIN ROLLS

2 T. yeast dissolved in ½ c. warm water (set aside).
2 c. milk
1 stick margarine or butter
1 t. salt

Scald milk, then add salt & margarine. Stir until butter has melted.

Then add:

½ c. sugar
yeast mixture
3 eggs, beaten
5 ½ c. flour

Stir thoroughly. Dough will be sticky! Let rise 90 min. Stir down then spoon into well-greased muffin tins. Allow to rise until slightly mounded. Bake at 375 for 12-15 min.

Yield: 24 rolls
