2 T. yeast, dissolved in a little warm sugar water
3 c. warm milk
1/3 c. sugar
8 c. flour (or enough to make a soft dough)
sesame seeds
2 eggs, beaten
1 T. salt
1/3 c. oil
1 egg white & 1 T. water (beaten)
Mix all ingredients except egg whites & seeds. Let rise 30 min. Roll out on floured surface to ½” thick. Cut with large bottle ring (wide mouth jar). Place on greased cookie sheet. Let raise 20 min. Brush tops with egg white & sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 400 for 15 min.
