LEMON TARTS

3 cubes butter or margarine (1 ½ c.)
1 – 8 oz. cream cheese
3 c. flour

Mix together. Press into individual tins. Place tins on cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 min. Cool. Remove from tins & fill with lemon pudding.

Yield: 3 dozen
