MINT BROWNIES

1st. layer:
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 egg
¼ c. cocoa
1 t. baking powder
½ c. milk

Mix & pour in a 9 x 13” pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 min.

2nd layer:
2 c. powdered sugar
¼ c. margarine
½ t. mint flavoring
green food coloring

Mix & add enough milk (3-4 T.) to make frosting. Pour on top of cake. Refrigerate.

3rd layer:
1/3 T. margarine
1 c. choc. Chips

Melt together & pour on top of green frosting. Refrigerate.
