4 eggs                                                                         
2 c. sugar                                                                    
4 c. cream                                                       
4 ½ t. vanilla
½ t. salt
1 can evaporated milk
Add sugar gradually to beaten eggs. Mix till stiff. Add rest of ingredients. Freeze in ice cream freezer (it takes about 45 min.). **If adding fruit, add it when it’s frozen a little so it won’t stick to the bottom.
