FRUIT PIZZA

¾ c. sugar
2/3 c. shortening
1 egg
4 t. milk
1 ½ t. baking powder
1 ½ c. flour
½ t. salt
1 t. vanilla

Mix shortening & sugar well. Add egg & milk. Stir in dry ingredients & vanilla. Mix well. Spread on cookie sheet or pizza pan sprayed well with Pam. Bake at 375

For 10-15 min. until browned slightly.

Mix: 8 oz. cool whip or ½ pt. whipping cream, whipped, 8 oz. cream cheese, softened.

Spread on cooled crust. Add fruit: mandarin oranges, bananas, strawberries, pineapple chunks, cherries, grapes, or whatever is in season. Top with shredded coconut if desired.
