ENCHILADAS

1 lb. hamburger
chopped onion
10-12 tortilla shells
½ can chili (optional)

grated cheese
12 oz. enchilada sauce
½ can refried beans (optional)

Brown hamburger & onion. Add a little enchilada sauce. Add refried beans & chili if desired. Simmer a little. Fill tortilla shells with hamburger mixture & grated cheese. Roll up & arrange in a dripper pan. Pour remaining enchilada sauce on top of tortillas. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Cover with foil & bake at 350 for 30-45 min.
