CHILI BEEF & RICE

¾ c. uncooked rice
1 ¾ c. beef broth (divided)
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 env. Taco seasoning mix
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 c. frozen sweet corn

Cook rice in 1 ¾ c. beef broth according to rice pkg. directions. Mix remaining beef broth with tomato paste & taco seasoning. Brown hamburger with onion. In greased pan, layer as follows:

Half the rice, half the corn, half the beef mixture & half the sauce.

Repeat the layers ending with remaining sauce. Cover & bake for 1 hr. at 375 degrees. Serve with corn chips & sour cream.
