CHINESE HAMBURGER CASSEROLE

1 lb. hamburger
½ onion, chopped
½ c. finely chopped celery
½ c. milk
1 t. celery salt
salt & pepper to taste
2 c. cooked rice
2 T. soy sauce
½ c. grated cheese
1 can cr. of mushroom soup
1 can chow main noodles
1 c. chicken broth (optional)

Brown hamburger with onion & celery. In casserole dish, combine browned hamburger with onion & celery, soup, milk, & seasonings. Stir in cooked rice. Mix well. Top with grated cheese then chow main noodles. Bake at 350 for 20-25 min.
