1 lb. hamburger
1 onion, chopped
2 cans tomato soup
1 ½ c. water
2 c. elbow macaroni, uncooked
¼ t. pepper
1 16 oz. can creamed corn
½ c. shredded cheddar cheese
Brown hamburger with onion. Stir in 1 can tomato soup, water, macaroni, salt, & pepper. Bring to a boil. Immediately reduce heat to low & simmer barely 5 min. (Do not overcook!) Remove from heat & stir in creamed corn. Place in greased baking dish. Top with 1 can tomato soup. Stir. Cover & bake at 350 for 45 min. Top with ½ c. shredded cheese. Return to oven for an additional 15 min.
