CHICKEN POCKETS (can be used as a freezer meal

8 oz. pkg. light cream cheese, softened
3 c. cooked chicken pieces
Refrigerated crescent rolls (2 per person) OR 1 pkg. frozen dinner rolls

¼ c. chopped green onions
1 can cr. of chicken soup
bread crumbs

Combine chicken, cream cheese & onions. Pinch together two rolls & add a spoonful of chicken mixture (on frozen dinner rolls, just stretch the roll & wrap it around the spoonful of chicken mixture). Seal edges tightly. Brush with melted low-fat margarine & roll in bread crumbs. Put into bag & freeze.

When thawed, bake uncovered at 350 for 30 min. (until golden brown). Heat cream of chicken soup with enough milk for desired consistency to make gravy & pour over each roll. Enjoy with a vegetable & salad.
