1 whole chicken (boil 1 hr. & save broth)
           ½ bag homemade style noodles                        
1 c. sliced carrots                                                        
1 c. sliced celery                                                          
1 diced onion
        1 diced potato
7 chicken bullion cubes
2 qt. water (use some saved broth)
    Make broth with water & bullion cubes.  Boil vegetables and homemade style noodles (1/2 bag) for 20 min.  Break up chicken & add it to vegetables & broth.  If it needs thickening, mix well or shake ½ c. cold water & ¼ c. flour & add it to boiling soup.
     If you want to make your own homemade noodles, mix together; 
          1 egg, beaten
¼ t. salt
1 c. flour
Mix & knead (it should be a stiff dough).  Add a little milk if it won’t mix well.  Roll out real thin (1/8”) thick. Cut with a pizza cutter in ¼” slices.  Cook 10-15 min. with vegetables & broth.
