BROCCOLI CHICKEN CASSEROLE

1 pkg. (bag) broccoli spears
3 c. chicken, cooked & diced
2 can cream of chicken soup

1 c. mayonnaise
1 t. lemon juice
1 c. shredded cheese

Cook broccoli until tender crisp. Drain & lay in bottom of greased 9 x 13” dish. Add salt & pepper to taste. Place chicken over broccoli, then sauce made of soup, (undiluted), mayonnaise & lemon ju. Cover with grated cheese. Cook for 20 - 30 min. at 350 degrees. Cover for the first 20 min.

*You can substitute sour cream or cream cheese for the mayonnaise.

*Mix together 1 c. soft bread crumbs with 2 T. melted butter and sprinkle on top before
baking to make this extra yummy!
