BEEF STUFFING BAKE

1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 can cr. of celery soup
1 can cr. of chicken soup
10 oz. pkg. beef stuffing
1 c. water
4 mushrooms, sliced
1 c. frozen peas & carrots

Brown beef with onion. Put in greased baking dish. Wisk tog. Soups & water. Stir in mushrooms, peas & carrots. Pour soup mixture over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min. Take out of oven. Sprinkle with dry stuffing mix which has been mixed with ¼ c. melted butter. Bake 10 to 15 min. more.
