BEEF STROGANOFF

2 T. margarine
½ lb. hamburger (fry)
2 T. flour
1 can cr. of mushroom or chicken soup
½ can milk
¼ t. pepper
1 t. garlic salt
¼ t. paprika
1 c. sour cream

Fry hamburger. Stir in margarine until melted, then flour. Add the rest of the ingredients except sour cream. When mixture simmers for a few minutes, add sour cream. Heat till just warm, not boiling. Serve over rice or noodles.
