Chili Beef and Rice

3/4 C. uncooked rice
2 3/4 C. beef broth (divided)
1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
1 env. Taco seasoning mix

1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 C. frozen sweet corn

Cook Rice in 1 3/4 C. beef broth according to rice pkg. directions. Mix remaining beef broth with tomato paste and taco seasoning. Brown hamburger with onion. In greased pan, layer as follows:

Half the rice, half the corn, half the beef mixture, and half the sauce.
Repeat layers ending with remaining sauce. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 375 degrees. Serve with corn chips and sour cream.
