BROCCOLI SALAD

1 fresh head broccoli cut into small pieces
1 can (8 oz.) sliced water chestnuts, drained and cut even smaller or sun flower seeds
½ c. raisins (optional)
1 small onion, diced
1 c. diced celery
½ lb. bacon, cooked & crumbled or bacon bits)

Dressing: (This is excellent on cole slaw also)
1 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
½ c. sugar
1 T. vinegar

Pour dressing over veggies, refrigerate. Serve chilled.
