TERIYAKI MARINADE FOR CHICKEN

Chicken breasts (thin—can be pounded)
1 c. soy sauce
4 c. water
1 c. brown sugar
2 cloves minced garlic or garlic pd.
½ t. ginger

Marinade chicken 1 or 2 days. Broil or grill about 4-5 min. each side. Serve with rice or stir fry vegetables.
