1 c. shortening
2 c. sugar
6 eggs
7 c. flour
2 t. baking soda
4 t. cream of tarter
Cream butter, shortening, & sugar. Add eggs & blend well. Add vanilla. Add dry ingredients gradually. Chill. Roll out 1/3” thick & bake at 425 for 6-8 min.
