RITZ CHICKEN


6 chicken breasts
1 c. sour cream (thin with 2-3 T. water)
1 pkg. crushed Ritz crackers (fine)
1 ½ T. parmesan cheese
1 ½ t. garlic salt

Crush crackers by placing them in a gallon freezer zip-loc bag & rolling them with a rolling pin. Put crushed crackers in a pie tin & add parmesan cheese and garlic salt. Dip & completely cover chicken in sour cream.

Then roll chicken in cracker mixture. Place in baking pan & drizzle with melted butter. Bake uncovered for 1 hr. at 350 degrees.
