MOZZARELLA CHICKEN

6 chicken breasts
2 cans tomato sauce
¼ t. salt
¼ t. pepper
½ t. oregano
6 slices mozzarella cheese

Brown chicken in oil. Cover & cook on med. heat for 10 min. Add tomato sauce & spices. Pour over chicken. Cook 15 min. or until meat is no longer pink. Add one slice of mozzarella cheese on each breast. Cover & cook l min. or until cheese melts.

Serve with spaghetti noodles
