1 c. butter                                                                    
1 c. brown sugar                                                          
1 c. sugar                                                                    
2 eggs                                                                         
2 c. flour                                                                      
1 t. vanilla                                                                     
1 t. baking powder
1 t. baking soda
½ t. salt
1 – 12 oz. pkg. milk chocolate chips
Measure oatmeal. Grind oatmeal to a powder in blender. Mix together all ingredients, adding chocolate chips last. Make golf ball sized cookies. Place on un-greased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake at 375 degrees for 6 min. Do not over-bake.
Yield: 3 dozen
