MICROWAVE CARMEL MARSHMALLOW POPCORN

1 c. brown sugar
2 sq. butter or margarine
2 c. small marshmallows

Put all ingredients in large glass bowl. Microwave on high for 2 ½ min. Stir. Add 2 more cups marshmallows. Microwave on high for 2 ½ more min. Stir. Pour over 8 quarts popcorn.

*If you half this recipe, half the microwave time on both times.
