MEXICAN LASAGNE

1 lb. hamburger
1 onion, chopped
1 envelope taco seasoning
½ c. water
1 can refried beans
2 c, Monterey jack cheese
1 ¼ c. water
1 ¼ c. salsa
1 c. sour cream
4 oz. sliced black olives
lasagna noodles, uncooked

Brown hamburger with onion. Add taco seasoning & water. Simmer 5 min. Layer the following in a 9 x 13 pan sprayed with pam:

Noodles
Beef mixture
1 c. Jack cheese
Noodles
Refried beans
Sour cream
Olives
Noodles
1 c. Jack cheese
Rest of beef mixture

Combine water & salsa. Pour over all. Bake covered 1 hr. at 350. Take out & top with more Jack cheese.
