MARSHMALLOW FROSTING (7 minute frosting)

1 c. sugar
1 egg white
½ c. boiling water
1 c. miniature marshmallows
¼ t. cream of tarter
1 t. vanilla
1 t. other flavor (almond or lemon)

Put marshmallows in a double boiler pan over hot water to soften. Mix sugar, egg whites, cream of tarter, & flavorings in pan. Pour boiling water overtop & boil on high 8 min. Add marshmallows & beat 2 or 3 min. more
