KEY LIME PIE

1 8” cooked pie crust, or graham cracker crust
3 egg yolks
1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
½ c. lime juice
green food coloring, optional
Cool Whip

Preheat oven to 325. Beat egg yolks. Stir in sweetened condensed milk, lime ju., & food coloring. Pour into crust. Bake 30 min. Cool. Spread with Cool Whip. Refrigerate leftovers. *Lemon juice may be substituted to make a creamy lemon pie.
