FEATHER LIGHT ROLLS

2 T. yeast & 1 T. sugar
½ c. warm water
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. scalded milk

2 t. salt
1/3 c. shortening
2 eggs. beaten

Mix yeast & warm water & 1 T. sugar. Let stand 20 min. Add shortening, sugar, & salt to scalded milk. Let cool. Add eggs & yeast. Add flour & mix well. (dough will be sticky)

Refrigerate overnight. Roll out about ½” thick & let rise 2 hrs. Bake at 425 for 10 min.
